About the Role:

As an SDR at Vendoroo, you’ll be responsible for driving the top of the funnel—reaching out to property management companies and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You’ll be expected to make 100+ targeted touches per day (calls, emails, and LinkedIn), working a structured outreach process designed to generate results.

This role is ideal for someone who is already performing at this level today—especially in PropTech or B2B sales environments targeting property operators—and who wants to level up into an Account Executive role in the next 12–18 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Make 100+ daily outbound touches through cold calls, emails, and multi-step sequences.
  • Qualify Prospects: Connect with decision-makers at mid-sized property management companies and book qualified demos.
  • Follow Process, Stay Organized: Maintain CRM hygiene, track outreach, and execute structured campaigns.
  • Collaborate with AEs & Marketing: Sync on messaging, timing, and account-level strategy to optimize conversion.
  • Grow Your Sales Career: Take feedback seriously, refine your pitch, and prepare for promotion to AE.

About the Role:

As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for property managers. You’ll convert inbound interest into closed deals while managing short, high-trust sales cycles. You’ll also do light outbound prospecting into warm or recycled leads to accelerate growth.

This is a quota-carrying role ideal for someone with SaaS or AI sales experience, especially in PropTech or other operational industries. You should be comfortable closing 8–12+ deals per month and navigating fast-moving sales motions decision-makers.

What You’ll Own and Drive:

  • Inbound Lead Conversion
    Respond to qualified leads and move them through the funnel—discovery, demo, proposal, close—often in 30 days or less.
  • Outbound to Engaged Prospects
    Re-engage warm leads from marketing, events, referrals, and past conversations to drive additional pipeline.
  • Sales Process Ownership
    Run consultative, buyer-led sales cycles that focus on real operational pain and AI-powered transformation.
  • Insights & Feedback Loop
    Share field insights with marketing, product, and leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and positioning.

You Might Be a Fit If...

  • You have 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or AI, ideally in PropTech, logistics, or field service industries.
  • You’ve sold into small or mid-sized businesses and can build rapport with owner-operators and regional managers.
  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota—especially in high-velocity sales environments.
  • You’re comfortable managing 10–20 opportunities at once and closing 8–12+ deals per month.
  • You’re excited to sell a category-defining AI platform and help buyers adopt it for the first time.
