3. WHY AND ON WHAT LEGAL GROUNDS DO WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The reasons for collecting and using your personal information depend on the purpose of the collection. We may use your information for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:

• We use your information in order to perform our contractual services or in preparation for a contract with you. If you order our Service from Vendoroo or if you contact us to request our Service, we use your information to provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. Information we use includes: information we need to contact you or otherwise communicate with you; information to manage your account; information to enable your use of our Service; information necessary for customer support; and information for invoicing and payment follow up.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties as required by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Vendoroo, our visitors, or others.;
• The general public. If you post comments on our public forum, your personal profile and the content you post will be available to the general public. You may choose to hide your profile picture.
