Vendoroo uses AI to understand your property history, work order history, vendor notes, and resident notes to triage, troubleshoot, and assist in vendor assignment for all work orders.

What role does the Expert Maintenance Coordinator play?

The EMC assigned to you will act as the voice of the Vendoroo AI for vendor and resident communications and function as a point of contact for you and your team.

How does Vendoroo work with my current systems?

Vendoroo layers in seamlessly to your current business environment and does not require you to add or remove any additional software.

How does Vendoroo work with my existing vendors?

Vendoroo acts as an extension of your team, maintaining your existing vendor relationships without disruption. We communicate using your established channels and do not farm out your vendors to other clients, ensuring exclusivity and integrity in all interactions.

How do I trust that Vendoroo makes maintenance decisions the same way I do?

During the onboarding process, the Vendoroo team will have discussions with you to collect and add any special notes and processes that aren’t necessarily kept in your property management software to your copilot. The copilot trains Vendoroo AI to customize decision making to match your preferences. Your AI copilot can be updated with new or modified information at any time.

Is there a way that I can try it out before committing to it?

Vendoroo’s contracts are designed to give you control and flexibility. Commitment is month to month, so you don’t get locked into a long-term contract. You have the flexibility to update your module selection at any time.

What do I do with my current team?

If you bring in Vendoroo to support your current team and want to make as few headcount changes as possible, you have flexibility with our modules to have your current team focus on the sensitive client facing owner interactions and leave the tedious troubleshooting, coordination, follow up, and data entry work to Vendoroo.

How long does it take to onboard?

The majority of the onboarding work is now conducted by our AI. We simply need access to your system to connect everything and allow the AI to start learning. We’ll have several conversations with you about interaction points and special case processes that will need to be scheduled, but following those conversations your go-live date can be 1-2 days later.

How does Vendoroo integrate with my systems?

We integrate seamlessly with your systems and don't require you to add or remove any additional systems.
